The 12.7mm (1/2) plunge router (RP100) has a powerful 1,850W motor for heavy duty applications. The tool has been designed with convenience, durability, and ergonomics in mind. The RP1800 has a trigger switch with lock-on function located on the contoured handles, providing comfortable operation and easy handling. The RP1800 has linear ball bearings for smooth and accurate plunge action, with 3 stopper blocks providing multiple cutting depths. The depth of plunge can be precisely adjusted in 0.1mm increments that can be monitored on an easy-to-read depth scale. The depth of plunge can also be locked on the tool allowing for prolonged use. The RP1800 can be placed upside down and rest on the motor housing to assist with accessory changes. The tool also comes standard with twin LED job lights designed to illuminate the router bit on the workpiece.
